Any one know how is the connection for A and K pin for some of the LCD module?Thanks.

A/K is for your LED backlight.
A=Anode (+) 5volt
K=Kathode (-) GROUND
Normally you'd need a resistor to limit the current, specsheet of the LCD should mention that.
