I built it. The MC34063 is ca. 0,5€. But I found a solution. In this document:

I change the Rs by this formula |Vout| = 1.25 * ( 1+ R1/R2 ) to R1=127KOhm and R2=16,2KOhm.
And now the LCD works fine.
