Hello all

I brought some LM238XB (240 x 128 dots graphic or 40 by 16 lines alpha-numeric display) display for my own use. Now I have some spare to sell.

The LM238XB made by Hitachi and the controller IC is HD86130. It is a super-twist, dark blue on yellow-green type of display. The displays are brand new, never been used. A 20 ways pin connector has already been soldered to the back of the display board (please see the below photo).

All displays will be tested before send out (the same message shown on the first photo will be used for the functional test).


Currently, the Farnell InOne price for the display is £124.00 each (Farnell part number : 325-600)
However, you can buy one from me for £30.00 + pp (charge at cost).
I will accept PayPal and personal cheque.

I also have some 25 ways male solder bucket D connector spare. If you want one, I will throw in one per display until my stock last.
