I've got a couple Hitachi LCD units for sale, parallel graphic, 240x128, T6963c.

here it is on the LCD gallery.
As they are at the moment they have a white ccfl for the backlight (I will include the inverter), but it's very easy to swap out for a different ccfl (thats what I did to get the blue on the gallery) or swap it out for an LED array.
I'm looking for £90 each including special delivery, can people who are interested post in this thread.
Will only post within the UK for this price, may consider outside the UK if postage is paid by the buyer.
