Hi all,

I am a beginner in graphics LCD and microcotroller programming. This is my first project using graphic LCD.

I have a project that requires me to display active graph (eg. ecg ) on graphics lcd using microcotroller. I am going to use 8-bit AVR atmel microcotroller and the graphics lcd itself is Batron LCD 128 X 64. The graphics LCD has epson LCD controller S1D10605D04B.

On the LCD I need to put a n X - Y plot and update the signal.

Do you guys have past experiences how to control the LCD using asembly language or c platform. Most of the examples that I obtained from datasheet explains how to displays characters.

I'd also appreciate if you have some references or links that provide information on how to do similar tasks.
Thanks in advance for reading my topic :) and thanks for any suggestions

regard

If that controller on your lcd doesn't have built in character generator then writing characters is pretty much the same as writing other graphics. Just instead of the data from the font table you write your own custom data.
In that case the examples of displayng characters should be quite easy to modify for writing other graphics.
