hi there.
I am going to connect lcd from nokia 3310 and PIC, CAN I CONNECT THEM DIRECTLY or I should use some kind of voltage regulator.

What kind voltage is your PIC running at ? The 3310 display should preferable be interfaced with 3.3v levels.
