Post subject: | Trouble with status checking (T6963C) |
Hi all, I connected a T6963C based display (240X64) to a National COP8 microcontroller. I am writing the software but I found some problem: - I try to inizialize the controller then I write some data to the graphic memory but I get nothing on the display - Every command or data I write I have to wait a long long time before the status bits STA0 & STA1 go high (from 0.5 to 1 second). I am know that the display work (I tested it with PC parallel port & PowerLCD 1.1) I really cannot understand and I need help. Many thanks, |

Have you tried without status checking and just with a little delay in place of that ? How about the code, is the initialization ok and is the memory pointer set in correct place before trying to write ? |
