I have a OLED display 128x64 with T6963C. I don't know initzialize the display. (have an external RAM of 32k)

Is configured hardware for 8x8 pixel/char, one step scan, 32 col

how i can caculate the:
graph_home
graph_area
text_home
text_area

I haven't worked with T6963C for a while and this comes out of my memory so it might not be 100% correct.
Anyway we can choose text_home address to be 0. And with 128 pixels and 8 pixel font text_area would be 128/8=16.
For text we need 16x8=128 bytes of ram so graph_home address has to be at least 128 so that it won't overlap text memory area. graph_area would also be 128/8=16.
