I removed the other topics you made about this same subject to keep the discussion in same place. Also making this kind topics sticky even if you're in hurry is not the best way the handle the situation so I have made this normal topic again.

You are asking for the pinout information for your lcd. Like I wrote in the PM's we should know the model number of your lcd and then find the datasheet for it to know the pin information and other necessary things. Just knowing that your lcd has LC7981/HD61830 controller doesn't help. Well ok if you can't find any information about your specific display model you can take the datasheet for the LC7981/HD61830 controller IC and try to trace the pins. Also it's much preferred to keep further discussion about this kind problems in the public forum instead of private PM's.

For the driver code let's see.
If you search for "HD61830" in this same forum the third hit gives you a library made specifically for HD61830:
http://forum.lcdinfo.com/viewtopic.php? ... ht=hd61830

You can probably find other discussion about HD61830 programming in this same forum.

Then if we try google for "HD61830 library" that gives several source codes for HD61830 on the first page: http://www.google.fi/search?hl=fi&q=hd61830+library
Even the library in this forum is 5th in the google results.

I'm sure you can find more useful pieces of code in those search results.

Post subject:  HD61830 and PIC microcontroller

I´m writting a source code for the HD61830 + PIC18F452. It is a commented code and contains some advanced functions you may like, for example: while in graph mode, you can put text string (4 fonts to choose) mixed with images.

It is available at: http://eletronica.50webs.com/

I hope it may help.

Roberto.
