I have written an interesting tutorial on the Nokia 6100 LCD display on the SparkFun web site. It addresses the Nokia 6100 displays with the Philips PCF8833 controllers (or the compatible Leadis chip).

I specifically addessed the Nokia 6100 LCD that is on the Olimex SAM7-EX256 developmental board (with the GE12 sticker on the LCD).
