it's for character lcd (HD44780) but work with KS0108 also

im planning translate LCDMonitor to english in future... but my english not good

i will write little manual "how to use..." on english in next few days

and i made localization for LCDM3 and one of my user is working with translation; user interface is ready (few little bugs) and modules will be translated in few days (i believe)
