You could ask this in the MPXPLAY board and maybe someone there would be interested.
I know how this could be done and it's not too difficult. I once added support for the Noritake GU128x64-800 VFD to MPXPLAY so I know how it's done (I also sent the source code to the MPXPLAY developer but it turned out he had already added support for this display using the example source I put in the development forum.

But I don't think I have a DOS development environment with Watcom compiler setup at the moment.
I'm not promising anything but I might look into this sometime later.
