Can you identify the row and column driver IC's used ? If you can find the datasheets for them you should be able to trace part of the signals and with some knowledge and further research the rest of the pinout should be possible to figure out too.

it uses Hitachi IC's, HD61104A & HD61105A

the manufacturer produce a controller board but i dont know were i can get it :(

from Tecdis site:

CONTROLLER BOARDS

Tecdis offers a controller or interface board for use with displays that do not have a built-in controller. The LCDC-1330 contains the SED1330FBA controller chip. The LCDC-1330 Interfaces directly with the MPU and the display. It can control display up to 640x200 resolution.

You can also use any other compatible controller board but the first thing to do would be to find out the pinout of the lcd.

If you find the HD61104 and HD61105 datasheets you can trace the pins D0-D3 and then the FRAME, LINE and CLOCK pulse signals to the connector. Also the ground and VCC. But to know the exact names for these signals used in the datasheet I would need to have a look into them.
