Hello,

I'm from Germany and Im looking for the technical datasheet of a Sharp 14,1" UXGA Notebook TFT (especially the PIN-Assignement and timings would be interesting). The TFT was used in Dell Inspirion 4100 Notebooks. Manufacturer is Sharp.

Dell Service and Sharp also couldn't or wouldn't help me with the Datasheet or specs of this TFT. Sharp said that they manufactured those Displays exclusively for Dell and aren't allowed to give third persons those specs. So you are my last hope!

The Label on the Back of the TFT shows the Part Number used by Sharp Part Number: LQ141U1LH02 and the Dell Part Number: 05D366 :

Please help me! Where can I get this Specs / Datasheet from, if not from the manufacturer? I need the PIN-Allocation and Vltage specs. I assume that other Displays from Dell which have SXGA+ have the same specs, because Dell remarked, that you can use a UXGA Panel instead of a SXGA+ Panel in an Inspirion 4100 with the same Flat Flex cable for both TFT's for example. Maybe someone has a Datasheet from an other Sharp SXGA+ or UXGA TFT wit 30 PIN LVDS-connector?

I was not able to figure out the objective of this post in helping the OP find the LCD Specs.

I need to find out if this LCD Panel Sharp LQ141U1LH02 can be installed in a thinkpad T60 or T61. If someone can point out a forum or place where I can find enough information about the LCD "Interfaces" for LCDs used in the T42, T43 and T60, T61 series of laptop LCDs that would be great as well.
