I'm wire what Henri said on his site in T6963-schematic, but I don'tsee anywhere on my lcd .... Anybody help !!!
My LCD had build-on negative invertor (-16V)

So you got all dark display or nothing at all ?

Maybe if you presented all your connections here we could check if there was anything that might be wrong.

If you can't even adjust contrast you might not have enough contrast voltage. You could try connecting the other end of the contrast potentiometer to +5V instead of GND.

How about the REVERSE pin ? Try connecting it to +5V or GND.

Now I can adjust contast !!! I'm connect 20pin(REVERSE) to +5V and it work !!! But I'm see garbage on my screen ( i mean my LCD connecting wrong ? )
maybe connect LCD like this :

LPT -> LCD
1-----7(C\E)
2-----11(DB0)
3-----12(DB1)
4-----13(DB2)
5-----14(DB3)
6-----15(DB4)
7-----16(DB5)
8-----17(DB6)
9-----18(DB7)
14-----6(RD)
16-----5(WR)
17-----8(C\D)

+5V------3(Vdd),10(RESET),19(FS),20(REVERSE)
GND-----2(GND),1(FG)

I do it !!!! All works !!!!
I'm check my connections and find bad contact between LCD - LPT !!!

P.S. I can post you my shematic to wire my LCD ( and photo too ).
