You'll need at least -10 V, my crkt is is only give you -12 at no load and not more than -3-4 at 2mA load.

What's the negative voltage requirement for your LCD? There are plenty of simple circuits for this type of thing, but helps to know what your requirements are. Post a data sheet if you have one.

-10,5 V and (I think) 2mA (VEE) 35mA (IDD)

I see a voltage inverter with max767 or something like that, but I can't find :-( (it gives more (-12) from +5V)

Look at the datasheet for the MAX635-637
http://pdfserv.maxim-ic.com/en/ds/MAX635-MAX637.pdf

On page 5 there is a circuit for a -10vdc out.
