Hi,
There are great options such like Nokia 3310 for LPT but I need an LCD with an I2C interface.

Any suggestions where to find ?

What kind purpose would this be for ? Would you need larger quantity or just one ?
Philips has controller chips with I2C and they are used in some mobile phone displays.

hi

some ericsson mobiles contain i2c-displays
(eg: a1018, t20, t28, t29 contain a 101x33 i2c-display.

there are some other i2c-displays that can be found in mobile phones, you can find descriptions here:
