its a 20pin gfx lcd wired it up like they say in here and it only flickerd when you put the 5v on

help!

it got a lil warm but no hot could it be fucked...?

i cant find the proper pinouts for it

got DG019X and GEB-2294V

maybe this could help someone help me

maybe this lcd needs to switched from character to gfx

ill run through the pinouts to the chip and see what comes up but if anyone could help me out id love that

It's going to be real difficult to try and help if you don't have a pinout for the LCD itself as no one would know how you have it wired. That controller seems to be discontinued and replaced with the LC7981 (pretty much the same thing looking at the link you provided). It could get hot for a number of different reasons, but I've experienced warm IC's because I left the reset pin floating (which should NOT be done). Look at the wiring guides for LC7981/HD61830 and see if those may be of some help.
